Why do pwBPD move so fast with their new supply?

Question is pretty straight forward. My ex pwBPD is moving really, really, really fast with his new supply - a girl who was also my best friend at a point (yikes). Looking back I think he started dating my best friend deliberately. While she was in a relationship, my BPD ex apparently was constantly messaging her, replying to her snap stories, and snapchatting her - BPD’s are known for no boundaries correct?
Any way, it seems like my BPD ex and my ex best friend are moving at a lightening pace and it’s somewhat shocking to me. When him and I dated we took things slow, it was gentle, it was easy. My BPD ex is constantly posting how happy he is with said ex best friend, constantly tweeting about her, and even saying “love you” on social media after 2-3 weeks of officially dating.
I’m so confused.

You can move your supply hub capital???

Sadly I don't have any proof to back it up but I clicked on a harbor in New York that I took as Germany as a foothold in the US. When you click on a hub, 3 things appear: motorization level, toggle supply for allies, and upgrade railway. I noticed there was a fourth symbol there, it looked sorta like a star, similar to the allied star and it said that I could move my supply capital or something very similar. I was overseas so it could be possible? Has anyone else seen this option, and what does it do? Like I said, unfortunately I didn't take a screenshot of it, I dismissed it because I didn't want to mess up the invasion, and I thought the option would be there anyway. Have you seen this fourth option?

I have not seen it, though I think it was mentioned in the dev diaries. It basically means that supply comes out of that city, instead of your capital. Honestly I wish I could find out how to do it, but I'm not sure. Was your capital encircled by chance?
Can the supply ship move?

I just built the supply ship and it has some levers but they don't seem to do any thing. I'm afraid I can't remember the name of the style I chose, but it's made of Birch and has two beds and a bund of barrels. Does the supply ship act exactly the same as the supply camp except it's on water?
Also I'm aware you can only build one, but is that one supply ship 'and' camp, or only one of the two?

Can I get rid of supply piles

I build a plot, but deleted it again. Now there's a log sitting there blocking me from building there again. Can I move it somehow?
I have a storehouse, but I'm not sure if the storehouse cannot store logs, or if its just because my oxen is very busy.
